This coaching is designed for women who already have a workout routine but feel stuck.  If you train consistently, understand the basics of the gym and are frustrated that your effort isn't showing in your results, this application helps determine if personalized coaching is the right next step.

  • You've lost weight before but stalled

  • You want a plan, not random workouts with endless cardio

  • You don’t want to lift weights

  • You don't want to track or progress
